62X First Stage

The 62X first stage, as the smallest first stage, breaks records in the diving market: it measures 63 mm tall and weighs only 464 g (DIN). This small but powerful diaphragm first stage is 10% smaller and lighter than its predecessor, the 52X, and has 30% less volume.

Equipped with Auto Sealing Technology (AST) that protects against water ingress into the first stage.

The core parts of the 62X have been redesigned to generate an even better seal, making it an excellent regulator for cold-water diving. The addition of the optional Double Balanced Piston (TBP) makes it one of the best-performing regulators in cold water. The finish is chrome-plated with a "pearl" effect surface.

Technical innovations specific to the internal workings of this first stage include a new shutter seat, which is now sharper with a smaller cone radius and a reduced angle to better define the sealing surface.

Dual Adj Second Stage

The Dual Adj second stage is made of ultralight technopolymer and offers smooth, easy breathing at all depths. It features a Pneumatically Assisted Design (PAD) and exclusive Vortex Assisted Design (VAD) systems patented by Mares. You can adjust the breathing rate, helping divers achieve a personalized breathing experience, even while wearing thick gloves.

True to the Mares brand, the Dual Adj 62X exceeds performance standards to 200 meters using technology proven to 400 meters. This highly developed system delivers high performance at a very competitive price while providing all the functionality required by today's demanding divers. Equipped with a Superflex hose.
