Terms and Conditions Casco Antiguo Business Program

- All diving professionals (diving instructors, professional divers, rescuers, etc.) and those companies whose professional activity is related to the recreational or professional-commercial diving sector can register in this program.

- To register in this program, once you have completed the application form, you may be asked to submit information such as an instructor card or company certificate.

- Registration to the program is not automatic and may take some time (no more than 2 working days) as we have to verify the required documentation.

- The purchase prices shown are the special rate of the Business program (not available for the final consumer) and always without VAT. At the end of the purchase process the corresponding VAT rate will be applied (if applicable and/or according to the origin of the buyer).

- As a member of the Casco Business program you have special prices. If you find any price higher than the final consumer web please communicate it to [email protected], it may be a liquidation.

- In the Padi section you will find exclusive products, only available for Casco Antiguo Business members. For these products you will need to have a PADI professional number and be in Teaching Status.

- The packs are NOT available for the Casco Antiguo Bussines program, if you want any of them you must buy the products that compose the pack, separately.

- The form of payment for this program includes the usual forms of payment of the web: through credit card, Paypal or bank transfers. We offer deferred payment services with Cetelem and Aplazame (the granting of financing will depend exclusively on the conditions of the financial institution). Under no circumstances will other forms of payment be available through bank drafts or payments on account.

- Participation in this program is NOT valid indefinitely, Casco Antiguo reserves the right to modify or cancel at any time the benefits associated with the program. Your subscription to this program will be reviewed annually depending on purchases made.

- Casco Antiguo reserves the right to contact you with any questions regarding the Business program.

- It is advisable that you review the terms and conditions regularly, Casco Antiguo may modify them to adapt to changes in regulations or in our services.

- The rest of the general conditions of sale (shipments, exchanges, returns ... etc), will be governed by the General Terms and Conditions of the website, as well as the Privacy Policy of the data.
