Where can I receive my purchase?
You can send us a delivery address (never a PO box) or collect your purchase from any of our Casco Antiguo stores.
How long does the delivery take?
That can depend on the type of delivery (always working days):
For deliveries to your chosen store, 5 to 9 days.
For deliveries to the Peninsula it can take 2 or 3 days (as long as the item is in stock at the time of the purchase).
For deliveries to Ceuta, Melilla and the islands it can take 5 to 10 days.
For deliveries to Europe, 5 to 15 days, depending on the country and the type of delivery chosen. (For other countries, please contact us)
During busy times (like Christmas) or special offers these periods may be extended for up to 5 working days.
The items will be dispatched on the same day of the order, as long as they are in stock and orderer before 2 pm. (Central European Time) Otherwise, the order will be dispatched the next working day.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can. Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You will be able to track your order from your client’s account, under “order tracking” (Remember this will not be available until the order is dispatched).
In case of your not being available when we deliver, you will be sent an SMS or e-mail.
How can I collect in store?
Your order will be sent to your chosen store. You will receive an e-mail when it is ready for collection. We will keep it for 15 days from the date you receive the e-mail. Invoice and ID must be shown to collect the order. Please, let us know in advance if someone else is collecting the order.
Can i make a purchase from outside of Spain?
Yes. We ship outside of Spain. Purchases made by residents of countries outside the European Union are subject to VAT in force.
Shipping costs do not include costs (tariffs) on imports. The amount of these fees depends on the regulations in force in each country or territory of destination. Casco Antiguo can't inform about the exact amount of these fees. It is the responsability of the costumer to be well informed about them and the specific formalities for imports at each destination.
Transport and cost of customs formalities on origin included. Custom fees and taxes at destination NOT included (valid for purchases with destination Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)
Can I find the same prices online and at our stores?
Yes, you can, although Casco Antiguo reserves the right to apply different prices.
How can I be sure my order is right?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail. In case of any doubts you can contact our customer care department by e-mail or phone (email@example.com or 911510255).
Can I remove any items from my order?
You can do it from your shopping list, always before your order is placed.
Can I cancel my order?
If the order has not been dispatched yet, send us an e-mail so we can cancel the order. In case it has already been dispatched, you can return it. For further information, visit “exchanges and returns”.
What happens if any of the items is not in stock?
In that case we’ll contact you to confirm what you prefer to do with the other items. We can refund the undelivered items in the same payment method used when ordering.
What can I do if one of there items is not correct?
Please send us an e-mail or call us and we will solve it as soon as possible (firstname.lastname@example.org or 911510255).
Is it safe if I use my credit card on the web?
Yes, It is. All the payment data are managed by a payment gateway. The system will contact the issuing bank for the purchase to be authorized. When the authenticity is confirmed the payment will be formalized on the credit card. If not, the order will be canceled. Casco Antiguo DOES NOT store any información on your card. Only the bank will be in charge of verifying the authenticity of the card and formalize the payment.
