Practical to transport, ERGO stands out for its robustness and high operating efficiency. It can be powered by Honda gasoline or Kohler diesel engines. Equipped with a complete control panel with inter-stage pressure gauges, automatic stop with adjustable pressure switch, automatic condensate discharge and direction of rotation control.

Purification system

The Maxifilter purification system enables reliable breathing air treatment according to DIN EN 12021¹ when using original filter cartridges. Placed after the last compressor separator and before the pressure maintenance valve, it has the separator after the 2nd and 3rd stages to create a first fundamental barrier against moisture. The filter capacity with inlet air at 20°C and 200 bar is 620 m³.

Motor

One of the fundamental parts of the compressor: the motor transfers the motion to the pumping unit via the belt. The Honda GX 270 6.6 kW gasoline engine is available for this model.

Structure

Open structure designed for easy maintenance and transport. Pivoting motor plate ensures constant tension of the V-belt. Thermoformed protective casing directs cooling air to the cylinders and interstage tubes, ensuring high compression efficiency. The control console equipped with inter-stage pressure gauges, internal temperature indicator, presence and wrong phase sequence alarm, oil shortage alarm, and stop running and manual condensate drain controls allow for easy compressor management and maintenance.
