FREE SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY.
Shipment will be free for goods purchases of over €150 to: mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal (excluding the Canary Islands, Madeira and Azores). The purchase amount, not including shipment, must be over €180 and less than 20 kg or 0.08 m3 (1 m3 = 250 kg).
For deliveries to France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and Austria, shipping is free for purchases over €180. The purchase amount, not including shipping, must be over €180 and less than 20 kg payment or 0.08 m3 (1 m3 = 250 kg).
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times may be affected due to high demand. We offer the possibility of requesting pick-up at our Jorge Juan Madrid store. Due to high demand, store availability will take a maximum of 5-10 days. The customer will receive an email notification once the material is ready for pick up. Check Spam folder.
RETURNS
The maximum period for returns will be 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order.
No returns will be made on fishing and freediving products. We will not accept returns of products that are not in their original packaging and box, nor products that have been damaged by the customer and we will not accept products that have been used or tested in the water.
Shipping costs for returns of products that have will be borne by the customer. Casco Antiguo reserves the right to modify the return policy at any time during the period of this promotion.
Returns will only be accepted if they are requested through our returns form. Returns that are for warranty coverage reasons may be affected in their delivery times depending on the brand and supplier of the product.
The times of returns that are under the technical service will always depend on the product and its conditions.

OUT OF STOCK AND PAYMENT OF YOUR ORDER
During the process of purchase and processing of orders and shopping carts the products of our web are eventually discounted from the stock of our system, this can produce some breakage of stock in products that have few units at the time of their processing. If this is the case, Casco Antiguo reserves the right to refund all or part of the payment of your order by the same means of payment that has been made, in the case of some credit cards depending on the conditions that have your bank the return date may be affected.
WHOLESALE CLIENTS
All prices and products that are included in this promotion do not have special discount for wholesale customers (the rest of the products that are not included in the promotion will have their special wholesale price as the rest of the year).
