Mechanical resistance 1269 Nw / mm2 close to the one of the rod itself. The size of the pin and hole are proportional to the rod diameter, between 2 and 2.5 mm. The flopper is made proportionally to the shaft length; 55 mm in rod lengths from 90 to 120 cm and 70 mm in rods lengths from 130 to 150 cm. Flopper at two-volume, made for a maximum hydrodynamic penetration. Assembly with a light rod thickness reduction of 1cm in length that integrates in the profile the rivets and improves significantly the reach of the rod. The thickness reduction is not a loss in the rod resistance since the flopper pin is made proportionally according to the diameter of the rod. Supplied with a flopper holder red o-ring (red color).
Reinforced wishbone fitting with curved radius of machining that makes almost impossible to break the rod in this traditionally weak point. Polyvalent design for metallic and Dyneema wishbones (we recommend to polish the profiles with steel cable). Its design, together with the tempering parameters used, achieve an extraordinary breaking strength in the opening direction of the carved of 190 Nw and 40° of angle.
