If you need a different size, colour, or need to exchange one item for another with the same or a higher price you only have to send it, prepaid, to the address below. Once it has been received and verified, we will send the product you have requested (for other options please contact us on the following number: +34 91 151 02 55).
If we made a mistake on the delivery, you will not have to pay any costs. Please call us and we will take care of everything.
Casco Antiguo has a wide network of shops. You can go to any of them and change the article for another with a different size or another product of equal or higher value. This way, the exchange will be easier for you. You can see here where your nearest Casco Antiguo store is. Remember that in order to make an exchange, you will have to contact our website client care service, as detailed below.
I WANT TO RETURN MY PRODUCT
Receive your order at home and if you are not completely satisfied you can return it and receive a refund of your purchase (excluding transport costs. If you had access to the promotion “free delivery”, associated transport costs will be deduced at the time of refund.
Once you have communicated us you want to make a return (via e-mail or phone, email@example.com or +34 91 151 02 55) you must send it to the address indicated below, provided that the following requirements are met:
-You are within the stablished period: 15 working days from the reception of the order.
-You have been in contact with our web customer department.
-The item must be in perfect conditions, sealed and unused. You must also send all the documents and accessories included in it: labels, operating instructions manual, CD, etc. The item must be in its original package and perfectly packed (do not add tape or stickers on the box). It is necessary that the product is protected by a packaging to avoid any damage during transport.
We reserve the right to reject any products that come in an unsuitable condition for resale. These products will be returned to the sender and the customer will be responsible for the total costs of transport.
After the reception of the product in our offices, once its good condition has been verified, we will make a refund of price of the product in the same payment method used when ordering (if, when you bought the product, the delivery was free, we will make a discount for the equivalent amount to these costs)
All products offered by Casco Antiguo have a warranty period within which, if the item is defective in manufacture and/or operation it will be sent to the manufacturer. The waiting time will vary depending on the management periods that has the technical service of each brand. The decision to exchange or repair the product will solely depend on the manufacturer or supplier.
